Worst choice ever

I made a booking with this establishment for 1 December 2022 for myself, my mom my sister and our 5 daughters. Upon arrival we had to listen to the receptionists carrying on hoe fully booked they are because of my booking as if it was a bad thing, non the less we arrived earlier than our stipulated time (1pm) and started treatment. I had to request the nail technician to put down her phone as she was responding to messages whilst busy with my nails. I requested a full set of sculpted nail, and ended up leaving this salon with *****ed, uneven nails with the print of the foil underneath my nails. After promising that my nails would only take 60mins I ended up being late for my event at 5pm from 1pm, what made it worse is that her next client arrived and had to have her nails soaked off by the receptionist that repeatedly told everyone she doesn't know what she is doing. That client ended up waiting a whole hour for the technician. 4 days later one nail popped off then another, a week later my daughters nails popped off. I was told to pay R30 per nail after spending over R1000 for myself and my 2 girls. I would highly recommend you seek any other salon to do your nails as I feel very **********. Exactly 2 weeks later and I have to redo my nails. Very unhappy.
