Unpaid leave

<p>I have been offsick for couple of months and i feel like my manager hasnt followed the correct company procedure as i was unpaid for all those months. I have therfore taken steps by laying grevience against my managers, i feel like the grievance procedure was not handled very well i am not satisfied this caused me alot of stress i ended up laying i hospital, </p>
