Transnet the worse Service I’ve ever received

Good day

I have a big problem with transnet, my house is busy falling apart because they are playing the blame game, I have a pipe right behind house it has been licking for many months know into my yard that makes the water too stole in my yard I have contacted Transnet I spoke too the guy name Pieter Rasouw in Kimberley he was suppose to get back too me he never I called him every week and it’s been 3 weeks know that he is not answering any of my calls with that being said in the beginning I called our local municipality too come and check the pipe however they have Indicated that the pipe belongs too transnet,

The safety of my kids and animals are at risks because my wall is going too fall over with the water stolling there,
