Transnet (LEBOGANG SEEPI HR)

So in 2016 1st semester i failed two elective modules and 2nd semester i registered two elective modules one that i failed and the other one (I was done with majors/compulsory modules), So during 2nd semester me and few of my class mates we received calls that we have been short listed for 2017 in-service training intake. We went for an interview interview by a lady by the name of Lebogang Seepi she is based in Transnet JHB HR department. After interview we got calls that we have to come to transnet we went there and left with contracts.

Transnet had our documents ID copy, academic record etc. Come January our results are out and i passed two modules that i was doing but transnet did not place me when i ask Lebogang why she is telling me that i failed she was referring to the modules i failed before transnet could interview me and i said to her you had my academic record before you gave me a contract and even when i returned the contract but you only saying this now. I had to start looking for other opportunities which took me about 4 months and i had to be behind with my studies since i started my in-service training late.

So all i can say is that that woman called Lebo is rude and doesn't know how to communicate with people.
