Transnet, employee relations not what tye make it to br

Transnet will remain a reflection of the current government and they are really prepare to address atrocities of the past... When someone new comes in as head, it's more of a purging exercise of getting rid of the previous cronies, who were in collusion with each other. It just leaves the company with a different set of leaders, with the same mindset and their own new agenda. I have been victimize, discriminated against by the old ****rnet, but more so by Transnet. In 1993 I had an IOD with a motor vehicle accident and reported it. Today all paperwork is missing except the fact that it happened and left my spine damaged. They do not show the will to address it an the white supervisor, giving the ******** instruction to drive a decommissioned vehicle, is still in the employ. I even brought it to the attention of Transnet new CEO, Portia Derby, but the way her people want to address my grievances appears to be more of a cover up than restitution, the way they interrogated me. I am in a deep depression as a result of this. I informed them that I am prepared to do polygraph tests if they are doubting me. So yes, Nee management, with the same old mentality. SO SAD, OUR COUNTRY IS IN SHAMBLES BECAUSE OF THE SOEs Being A Mirror image of ANC government.
