I'M FED UP

I Keep on receiving messages that i owe Transnet Money.

Since i've been renting from Transnet i did not miss payment even once.

We lived at the one house for a few months where we paid deposit, so the people of transnet moved us to another house because they did not want to fix the house we were living in.

So they had to transfer the deposit paid on that house to the new house they moved us to. Now they want to claim that i owe transnet money.

I asked for statements stating where and how i owe Transnet money, not only one time but almost 100 times they told me they will send me the statement. They are wasting my airtime and my patience.

Because after one Year Lienkie, Gert and Pumla cant get back to me or resolve this matter.

First of all i reported a leaking water pipe in 2017/01/01 - up to today that same water is still leaking water, because Transnet just refuse to come out and fix it.

There is a hole in my wall on the outside so big i can put washing machine in it if i really wanted to.

We "Meaning the whole Viljoensdrif" is struggling with blocked drains for more than a year now, they keep on telling us that they will send someone to come and sort it out.

My geyser broke, i reported it but once again no one came to fix it after 1 month i had to fix it myself.

But let me not pay rent or deduct the money i had to use for fixing the geyser they will say that i owe them money.

Our fences is so useless and rusted, it looks like we life in a location because we have to try and cover holes with what ever we can get hold of.

They cant fix anything, they cant come out if there is a problem but they keep on sending messages that i woe them money.

So - after more than one year of struggling.

I'm tired now.

My next step is Cart Blanche and all the residents is with me.

Because we keep on paying and we dont even get the support that we need form the land lords.
