Poor and horrible customer service (Park station)

29 April 2019 i went park station to buy a bus ticket ( Translux) a guy called Tello Mokhele was supposed to assist me however the treatment i got from him was horrible, He booked the ticket but refused to give me my change, he said if i want my change i must go and look for it my self because that's not his job and there's nothing i can do about it, cant even report him i waited for him for 45 minutes and he just kept on shouting until someone came to my rescue, i don't understand why he is still employed because clearly im not the only customer he's treated like this, he is not customer orientated at all, no respect for people, no respect for his employer, people like him don't deserve to be employed at all.
