Paid full rent but ****** electricity for fu

4 mnths with out electricity it was 7 houses only that did not have electricity, we went to municipality to enquire they said our landlord which is transnet or Prasa owes R13000+ my Dad which is a pensioner is been calling with no luck, as far as we know the electricity plus rent inclusive, I started enquire with them on the 25th Sept 2022 I spoke with Jeneth who is in charge in East London. Iv been calling and my sibling are calling too as we can see that this is affecting my Dad health he was sick and was told that his high blood is too high and stress level. It seems that they are not willing to help all they telling us when we follow up is we must be patient how can you be patient without electricity for 4 mnths and my mom uses neubaliser that need to be charged so both my parents life at risk. I called today Port Elizabeth branch request to speak with Mr Willem van Zyl was told by his secretary that is not available they are aware of the problem we can just be patient I ask if she can put herself in our shoes, ask what is the time frame because we were told that case was escalated to a manager now the lady is telling me that they only owe September and they are paying municipality and also their finance department has a backlog I ask who can I call at finance or manager she said there is no manager. I must call her Monday to follow up. I have wasted a lot of money to call them and iv been sent to pillar to post they are taking advantage that my Dad is a pensioner,
