Harassment, Bullying unfair treatment

Good day My name is Nthabiseng Mo***eng founder of Helping-Handz npo situated at Transnet community center next to Angus station Thokoza gardens, I approached the center Manager Pearl Manqele asking for space to operate in 2019, she told me to write a letter I did and I container which is in the yard, I used the container since then, she had other tenants, I saw that there was space in the main building by the door, I asked for a meeting and said to her can I turn that space to be a reception area where every walk in can be directed to the relevant office and the space was very dirty, she was happy with my suggestion. My volunteers and I cleaned it and used it. On Thursday I had to attend a meeting in Kempton Park while I was there Pearl and her ***friend who came to the center on that day started screaming at the girls who were using that space as a reception and they called me and explained that they were being harassed, I came and spoke to her, she said they were just questioning them and I left it like that. 2 days later while I was busy conducting pre-induction with the employer for the job seekers, an old lady walked in screaming saying I shouldn't mess with her who do I think I was? And the lady was unknown to me at the time, I went to her because she was now being disruptive, only to find that it was the lady who used to decorate the area that I turned into a reception area and I called pearl and asked her about it and her answer was the lady wasn't coming and using the area anymore and the lady hated me since then until today busy telling everyone that I want to take her out of Transnet, when that's not the truth.

I had a meeting with Xolani whom I went to school with, who works at TPY and explained that I would like us to partner so that TPY can train the job seekers, Xolani agreed and I spoke to Pearl and she was happy and said I must call TPY and arrange a meeting between Helping-Handz, TPY and her(Transnet).. TPY (Xolani & Mr Tshabalala) came for a meeting and an agreement was reached that they will come and install plugs for computers and next thing I know I saw them at the center thinking they came to see me but no it was the other way around they came to pearl and from thereafter they were now working with Pearl and wanted nothing to do with me and she was now telling me that they came with this other guy and not me, I just left them and continued looking for other partners and I started hosting other stakeholders and whenever I would host any Stakeholder she will end up taking the Stakeholder and working with that particular Stakeholder.

Within the organization I had youth they were 25 we used the container and some didn't have parents and they didn't even have food at home so I would buy food from my own pocket and cook for them and Pearl didn't have any problem with that until Thulani and Lebohang and Pearl and I decided to have a meeting we all agreed that we will start Close corporation and we hosted an event but pearl didn't want to contribute with anything the 3 of us did everything and the next thing I know the guys ESDF were now fighting me saying that Helping-Handz is no longer allowed to cook and a physical fight happened in my absence between ESDF employees and Helping-Handz employees I came back and tried to resolve it by telling my employees not to use the toilet they will rather go to my home and use the toilets there... Now everything was a bit quiet until I sent Pearl a letter asking her that we will like to host Mr and Ms Ekurhuleni Uniform, Pearl agreed and she was one of the guest judges, to my surprise the very same day when we were supposed to host, ESDF was also setting up for their Event and and it became chaos because they had sound system and we also had and we were told by Pearl that our music must be very low and we shouldn't disturb ESDF in which she ended up attending their event and wanted to stop ours, but we continued with ours.One day Pearl called me and she was in her office with the late ausi Ntaoleng and she was crying saying that I want to take her out of Transnet and ausi Ntaoleng asked me and I said I had nothing to do with that and pearl told the Chairperson of ESDF (sipho Zwane) who therefore approached one of Helping-Handz board member and said I must be removed from Transnet because I'm causing chaos and when I asked for a meeting so that can be discussed Pearl said she now knows who wants her out of Transnet.

I started a school Aftercare and in had a meeting with her before I can even start because through our modeling we had a lot of kids who were lacking self confidence and were struggling with their homework, she gave me the go ahead and a young girl by the name of Lerato came to me telling me that she will like me to mentor her to running her own Aftercare, I did that, but in no time securities and Pearl were now telling me how I should run the organization there were fights everyday and Pearl will involve the securities in everything and now the working conditions were no longer good at all, Pearl said I must tell Lerato to go and unfortunately I had to do that... I continued with the Aftercare, she called me one day saying that ESDF is complaining about the kids and they (ESDF) want to take me out of Transnet and I must be careful with them and at the time ESDF was now cooking at the center when they are the one's who stopped us from cooking, Pearl told me that the kids are using their school hats to wipe themselves and she found a red hat and I said can I see the hat, she couldn't provide me with it, she said the kids are writing on the ESDF banner and she wants me to tell the kids to even do it more because she no longer wanted them(ESDF) at the center, I came with a pack of toilet rolls and I showed Pearl, she suggested that it must stay in her office that was the last time I saw the toilet rolls and I when I came to ask for 2 rolls because I had people who came for the program she said they are all finished, I had bought a new broom that is green and purple and a mop and they dissappeared I saw the broom in Pearl's office and just left it, and I bought a new mob and I'm still sending my monthly reports, and cleaning after every sessions that Helping-Handz will be having.. By this time new securities are allocated and I went to fetch the employer at shoprite center because he was getting lost and when I came back I found the security (modau) screaming at one of the job seekers who wanted to use to toiled to relief herself and modau was telling all the job seeker that I didn't clean and for that no one will get the key, I called pearl who was at the center at that time and she said to Modau "I've seen Nthabiseng cleaning with my 2 eyes and can you please give the people the key" and that was sorted "so I thought". I called a guy by the name of Daniel from Ranyaka foundation we spoke and he wanted to partner with us and he told me that he want to come to my operating office which is Transnet I sent him a location he said he is in partnership with nedbank, I told Pearl that I'm busy preparing to host them and I wrote a letter with the date and everything, she gave me the go ahead, 2 days before the event I went to Pearls office so that I can give her our monthly report and to my surprise Pearl was in a meeting with Daniel and the ladies from nedbank, I just looked and I said sorry and walked out in shock and disbelief.. On the day of the program it was Gugu, pastor hlongwane and Pearl who were championing the program and I was not wanted anywhere else. Pastor Hlongwane who has a container for her NPO and at this time they are now running the same NPO with Pearl and she has been given an office at Transnet again by Pearl and Kaofela NPO has been chased out at this point by Pearl and she gave Gugu the office and the other one that was used for counseling sessions by Kaofela's social workers was given to a private security company that is being owned by Mpho Kekane and Musa and pearl approached me and said I must call my job seekers because Mpho and Musa are looking for security officers when they were just looking for data base.

This year the new security officer (modau) who now spends most of her time in Pearls office, told me I must clean and I told them that they see me every day cleaning what are they talking about? 2 days later Pearl calls me to her car which was at the gate, she was with an unknown female in the car, Pearl said the lady wants to talk to me, and the lady started screaming saying she is cleaning and was hired by Pearl, Mpho, Musa, Gugu and pastor hlongwane, I said to her why are u fighting me you must firstly introduce yourself to me and tell me that you will like to clean on my day so that I can pay you, your approach is wrong and then I just walked back into the container.

Days later Pearl called me to her office saying she is not Okay she feels Disrespected by Ausi Lydia who is the founder of Thokoza Radio, she explained what happened between them, Pearl had called other guys who are from Katlehong to come and take over Ausi Lydia's radio station and when I met with the guys I was surprised to learn that one of the guys is one of my partners by the name of Nkosana who is the founder of Ubumbano npo situated in moleleki who told me last year that he is in need of offices to operate on and I explained that I don't even know of any space or offices. Days after that which was 2 weeks back we came at the center and our day went by and after that I told Palesa who is a volunteer at Helping-Handz to go and borrow a broom from ausi Busi (security) she found Modau (security) who screamed and told her that we don't clean, Palesa came and told me and I took Palesa and Thulani we went to the security and wanted to hear what happened and modau called for ausi busi and when she got there, she said that she had never seen us cleaning I took out pictures and showed her as proof and she then said okay maybe it was during her absence and at that time modau started screaming and screaming and I just told her that I'm tired of all this she must just stop monitoring Helping-Handz and focus on what she has been employed to do because she is hardly at the gate, it's either she is with Mr Chauke busy gossiping about everyone or she is in Pearl's office busy gossiping, ausi busi came out and pushed me and told her to stop, she continued to do that and grabbed me by my figure (Stomach) I told her to leave alone because I am pregnant, she continued and I removed her hands from my waist because now I was getting stich cramps, Thulani took a phone and phoned pearl and explained the situation, pearl said she will sort it out on Monday and on Monday I came and went to that meeting that was conducted by Pearl she called modau who was still screaming and pearl told her that she had explained she can go back to work, and Peatl said she is it okay with ausi Lydia's issue while she is busy talking the cleaner (who approached me a week before who was in Pearl's car) walks in the middle of the meeting and starts screaming saying "Pearl mina losisi kumele a cleaner" and I just said it's you again? She said ya modau(security) was asking her why was she cleaning for me I must clean for myself... I just the security guards again?? And I told Pearl that I'm not feeling well I have been bleeding I just need to go to the Dr and I left.

I was booked for bed rest because the bleeding was becoming worse! Pearl sent a message saying that I'm wanted by Transnet management I told her that I can't attend I'm not well but Thulani will come and represent the organization on my behalf even though he won't be able to answer anything on behalf of the organization because he is new, the meeting was postponed to the following week. Then on the 28th March 2023 pearl calls for a meeting for all the tenants about House keeping Programs Safety at the center I rep**** and said I won't be able to attend because I'm still not okay, but my team will be attending Gugu noted me and pearl didn't. On the 29th the meeting sat, according to langelihle and Lungisani who represented Helping-Handz the meeting was Helping-Handz especially my name and Mpho and Pastor Hlongwane and decided that Helping-Handz must stop operating at Transnet community center with immediate effect and no one will be allowed inside the premises of Transnet, and after the meeting Lungisani and Langelihle were strip searched by Mpho, pearl and pastor hlongwane and their phones were taken and searched and after Pearl said I know that "u Nthabiseng will be coming after me"
