Fail to supply Electricity to tendants

We are complaining on behalf of the tendants (2 businesses an 8 resifential houses) of Transnet property situated in Swartruggens, North West Province. Up to the end of February 2017 our electricity usage was included in our monthly rent amount and Transnet paid the municipality for the total electricity usage. At the beginning of March 2017 "Idealpredpaid" (who is the contracter appointed by the minicipality to install prepaid meters) installed a meter without notification or concent of Transnet on the main meter box that supplies electricity to all ten tendants.Transnet is suppose to load electricity on the meter in bulk to supply their tendants. What happens in practice is that Transnet can not buy or pay anything to anybody without an invoice and vendor number."Idealprepaid" cannot deliver an invoice before purchases are made.Since March 2017 the tendants are most of the time without electricity and therefor cannot operate their businessses or experience the inconvenience at their houses without electricity. To overcome this problem the tendants app**** for their own meters at their rended properties and they are willing to fund it themselves.Since March 2017 when electricity was supp**** through the meter, "Idealprepaid" loaded units on their cost for the account of transnet. The issue now is that "Idealprepaid" are prepaired and ready to install each tendant's own meter, but they insist that Transnet must first pay the outstanding amount that is due, before they will continue with the installations. The spokesperson of Transnet mentioned that Transnet do not agree with the outstanding amount that "Idealpreaid" billed them. Due to the delay in solving this problem, the innocent businesses will end up closing down and the residential tendants are suffering as well. The contact person at Transnet is Peter Mogatse at ********** and the contact person at Ideal Prepaid is Annemarie at ********** .
