Container depot Transnet

We own a transport company picking up and delivering containers in the Cape Town Harbor Transnet. In Oct 2020 the overhead crane that picks up the containers damaged my truck, the crane operator left his post to check on the container and somehow release the parking brake. From that day we are trying to get hold of them. I spoke to Moses Wence he gave me Samantha Wesie email address I've sent her several emails including today11/01/2022 and she just don't reply or email me back. Because of Covid, you can't go to their offices everyone is working from home. Can you please help me to get in contact with somebody in that department the damages on the truck was R245 000.00 and at that time I didn't had insurance and had to fix it myself?
