"CLOSURE"

My grandfather was working for Railway when one morning he got ran over by a train and died. No one from the Railway station he worked at ever came to my family to explain what had happened and what will be the way forward with regards to claims as most of my family members are illiterate. My grandmother and children never received assistance in the form of counseling and payouts as a result of his untimely death. I have in the past tried to contact relevant departments here in the Eastern Cape but without any success until someone recommended this platform to me. Please help y family find closure.
