Bad service

It's been 4 months trying to call transnet Mrs joslyn to fix my property account of which they say it's in arrears and it's not. I've emailed them my proof of payment my account is up to date but they still say I owe dem they even handled my account over 2 the lawyers of which I also forwarded them the bank slips showing that my account it up to dated plz help me find inquire this case cause they not answering calls its now long over due
