Bad Service

Monday my 12yr old son travelled on a Transnet Bus from Johannesburg to cape town then bus stuck as it was approaching Bloemfontein, they called breakdown bus was supposedly fixed it stuck again mind you no one contacts me as I am a parent of a child travelling alone I'm worried sick he's phone is off its now Tues night he's was suppose to have arrived the morning already , I tell u he arrived on Wednesday which was yesterday after 8am ,he missed his 1st day of school ,now still no communication from Translux Very Horrible Service...
