Hi I'm Mogale Nonyane I work for transnet Rail Engineering for more than six years as an Artisan Welder I was injured at work well I was given instructions by my supervisor to go and assist at another work shop I was give a cheap labour jop by closing the domes of a wagon that's where I slipped and injured my left elbow I'm a Artisan welder not a process worker so at the following year I left my work cos I was unfairly tried cos I couldn't do my duty anymore cos I thought I got the injury at work they have an alternative work for me cos have was not well tell now so they didn't I left my work I was severe swelling and pain and soft tissue swelling so hand will never be hailed so why the doctor said on final report says I im hailed completely I really need help I can't prove for my family anymore what must I do for such as a company like transnet I fill like they don't care about they're employees
