Disappointment TFR

I worked for TFR for many years and was very proud to have worked for such a magnificent company. Regretfully after I retired it was necessary for me to find employment to survive. In my new position I was excited to have the opportunity to do business with TFR. Regretfully that wonderful company no longer exists, I have tried for hours to contact someone by telephone with no success, it appears no one answers phones any more. It further appears that the human touch has also disappeared and meetings are only conduced virtually. What a disappointment TFR , what happened to that vibrant company I used to know.
