Misrepresentation of stock on website.

Misrepresentation of stock on website. To my shock and horror, the company thinks it is perfectly ok to display stock amounts on their website and allow you to place order via the website. I arrived to collect, with a few items missing from my order, only to hear..."you should phone us to check first"..really! Your website says you have 200 units of this..150 units of this...how should I as a first time customer know that??

Then, they also packed my order incorrectly. Very poor adminstrative systmes.
