Unhygienic buses!!!

In today's day and age, it is heartbreaking to see that black communities still receive inadequate transportation services... Why is this? Is it because we are not entitled to better treatment? I am confused! We pay for your service. I purchase a monthly coupon for this disgusting service. Unfortunately, I do not have a choice in the matter. Your buses are disgustingly dirty and leaky. When it rains, we literally have to open umbrellas on the bus. There is a foul odor emanating from the seats. It is a traumatizing experience for me to undergo such emotional/health trauma every morning from Nyanyadu to Dundee.
