Loss of my parcels

I would like to report Trabsmart Africa for a very disappointing service they offered to me. I gave them a delivery to do from Johannesburg to East London. They well collected my parcels but not all of them reached their destination. It took them 4 weeks to deliver the parcels from Johannesburg to East London and when they finally delivered some of my items were missing. I spoke to them several times and the company director by the name of Hans promised to investigate and resolve the matter within 48 hours but has not since returned to me nor respond to my emails. I am very disappointed at their lack of service thereof. I will not recommend anyone send their goods via Transmart as they are arrogant and don't value customer service.
