Transitliner is useless

Always late, no update for passengers. Keeps you waiting for more than 1 hour with no update. No apology whatsoever. Drunk passengers allowed in transit. Bus has no toilet. Stops anywhere for people to relieve themselves in the open. It's just bullsh*t.
