Bad customer service, unprofessional and ****

That bus is a **** i tell you. My sister and her son booked bus on Friday 8 December for a trip which was supposed to be on the 9th December. Only to get an SMS that there are no busses and that the system opened by mistake to allow people to book. And funny thing they won't even refund the people who booked their bus. And the agent who was assisting to get another bus in Pretoria station had the nerve to say they doing them a favor. The frustration of running around with luggage and an autistic child tried to find a bus and it's raining and unapologetic sies maan. You people have no shame!!!
