Nightmare - Never Use Wise (TransferWise)

A friend asked me to open a Wise Account (use to be Trnsferwise), like another person wrote a review, yes it's "easy" to send money to open an account but the nightmare started after that, they wanted a whole bunch of paperwork.......when I tried to transfer the money back that I transferred into Wise to open the account, I had to send proof of income to get my own money back. After I did send my bank statement etc, the process was finally started but then I received an email saying I needed to fill in a report declaring what it was for after I have filled in the report I get an email from Wise saying they can't finish the transfer if I don't fill in the report. But I have filled in the report. Every time for the past 2 weeks they have had one excuse after the other not to send my own money back........been such a nightmare. I just want my money back......and on top of everything they are taking a fee to give me my money back.......Other people might not be having the same experience as me but this has been such a nightmare
