For the sake of your mental health. Beware!

This company does not appreciate the sensitivity of handling money. It's almost impossible to get hold of them over the phone and they give generic auto-responses on email. My first transaction for this year took weeks, my second transaction was cancelled and I got my money back after complaining to the HQ in the UK. It's unfair that the company keeps customer's money for weeks on end, customers lose interest on their money and Wise is probably enjoying the interest income.
