Accident Claim

I haven't received any response to my below email...

I was bumped by one of their drivers and he was rude too me and was not co operative with me until I called police on the scene.

Now no response to my emails concerning a way forward to yesterday's crash.

Can someone call me and have this sorted out

Can you please assist me in understanding the attached document? Am I supposed to fill it out? It says there is no driver liability and the rest of the document is blank. There is driver liability as i was bumped into and an accident expert or insurance can also see what happened.

As per my conversation with Zanele and Jeffrey this morning, one of the trucks that belong to Transcor bumped into me. I was driving down 9th Road next to Malboro Crane Hire. Your driver TD Monareng was not co - operative after the crash and refused to stop and wait for traffic officials. He also initially refused to give me his details as well as the vehicle details. Then he refused to come with me to the Police Station to report the accident. I had to call Police Officers to Malboro Crane Hire to get his details. Then after recieving his details with the help of Police Officers, I subsequently went to the Police Station to report the accident. There were 3 witnesses who stopped and are willing to offer their statements of what happened as well.
