Bad Service / Empty promises

<p>Leaking Roof was sealed by them and we received a 20 year guarantee. Needless to say. The roof is still leaking. They were contacted weekly to update and arrange a date for re-sealing. After many excuses and empty promises, we were informed that the company closed down and therefore the "guarantee" does not exist any more. Useless!!!!</p>
