Transcend Corporate Advisors (Pty) Ltd- is a *****! I WANT MY R11000 something BACK!

I registered to do a 3 days BBBEE course with them in July of 2022. The training was okay. We were suppose to complete formative and summative assessments a month after the training. What I did not plan nor anticipate was to fall ill and go for a medical procedure that was excruciating and too time to heal, had to be off work for a while also. I reached out to the institute, letting them know that I had not even attempted to do the assessments due to the unforeseen circumstances I was facing. These people had also promised that they'd do necessary follow ups to ensure that all learner get to successfully compete the course as it was an intense course offered for only 3 days. So I reached out in time and was assured that I am noted and will be given help. I was always getting their notifications since I had registered with them. To my surprise, there was another class coming up this month and I had not heard anything at all from them about it. So I am thinking, hey, here is another opportunity to finish this course without inconveniencing anybody, I will just be another name added to the lit because it is online anyways. But no... Transcends had other agendas.

I sent them an email advising them of the training I saw and that I am okay now and ready to complete the course. I was shocked when they asked another nine thousand something from the initial eleven thousand I had paid in july.

No follow ups done to find out what happened with me, I had to reach out to them. I paid my hard earned cash and I was ****med! I don't have eleven thousand to throw down the drain! I have 2 kids I have to take care of! I am a young women who works to feed her family and trying to grow at work and using my own money to build my future and there are people like transcend who take advantage of people like me.

I am going to get legal advise and follow up on this because I have done everything necessary within my powers to make them aware of what was happening and they assured me that all is well, WHEN I REACHED OUT, THEY IGNORED MY EMAILS UP UNTIL I SENT THEM CHAIN FOLLOW UPS EXPRESSING HOW UNHAPPY I AM , for them to turn around and treat me like this, is uncalled for and I WARN ALL OF YOU- DO NOT REGISTER WITH THEM, THEY ARE A FRUAD!
