Stipend Enquiries

Good Day.

I’m on a Learnership that is under Transcend and Teleperformance.

I have been receiving ridiculous deductions on my Stipend which are not explained or known of and I cannot understand why.

This has been ongoing for some time now and I’m honestly unhappy with their services. When they request something it has to be done immediately , but when we(students) request help and explanations , we do not receive any feedback. I have been emailing the Payroll team, the school and authorities that I know is part of the learnership with no luck to get help.

For the month of March my stipend was deducted 80% or more of the money I’m supposed to receive.

This people demand that we attend accordingly but to be honest I don’t even have money for transport with the amount of money I received. I have to pay bills , buy food and toiletries and also use the same money I received for transport to work and class which is honestly and highly impossible…
