Ruthless driver

Yesterday early hours of the morning at peak traffic my husband was driving to work when the ordeal happen a driver of a van with registration NSG 343 GP bumped my husband's car in front damaging the bumper, grill and bonnet. He was on speed that he bumped the car in front of him but managed to to a dead break realizing that he then put the car on reverse then bumped my husband with the tourbar. I'm disgusted by the way this matter was handled as the company was contacted and a guy by the name of Robin said he was going to look into it as the guy driving the vehicle was comi g in at 8a.m after numerous calls to him after 8 his response was the driver will go for disciplinary. We not interested what the company does to the worker but what about my husband's damaged car? The answer was "you can do what ever u want to do"!!! How ruthless is this Robin and the nerve of just saying such. Doesn't the company have insurance for such incidents? It means this driver can go around reckless driving because he knows the company he works for is as ruthless as he is!! So disgusted and hope this will meet relavant business associates not to ever use their services.
