Egotistic owner and selfish

I have had bad experience with Transcab in Welkom and they lack professionalism and customer service the owner feels nothing for the staff and customers if you run a bit late for a pick up he will ensure that next time you ask for transport he delays you.service is poor and they need to change their mind set
