Refuse to keep up to their agreement

I recently had something fixed by these guys and when the item broke they came to their own conclusion as to how the item broke(although its possible to break due to wear and tear, if the best product is not used) and accused me of being the cause and now refuse to hold up the warranty agreement. Don't give customers a warranty if there really isn't any.
