********* "SALES" PRACTICE

Good day The Golden funeral department of this group is using totally unacceptable practice. I was harassed on the street and told to complete a form only to see if i qualify for a particular policy. I did not want to, but was harasssed so much that i only entered my name and id number on the form. I was told to hand over my bank card so they can check if i qualify only. a few das later, i discovered that a debit went off my account. i phoned the numbers on the brochure, - which no one answered. i then googled the company and phoned a number i got there. the lady whom i spoke to, was very helpful and friendly, however, she is working in a complete different division. i told her my story and demanded this to be cancelled and refunded. she assured me this would be done. she passed the info to the relevaant division. this was friday. no reverse happened and i phoned again this morning. not happy. she was also shocked that nothing was done. she took my number, talked to the relevant dept and phoned me back straight away. so apparently, they only do reversals on a thursday. what the....????!?!?!?! seriously. I have no complaint about the lady who spoke to me all the time. I think she is great, but the relevant department.......USELESS, *********,******S. THIS IS NOT ON!!
