Disgusted by driver with no morals and respect

I am shocked and disgusted by your driver's firstly I don't understand how a bus drives on the yellow lane with almost 60+ passengers your bus that has a lake side sticker with registration kr 87 ly GP a African driver with traditional beading on his right hand arm red and green had the nerve to forcefully force his bus onto my lane with no indicating from the yellow lane with the nerve to say voetsek to a woman driver and take out his middle finger out for me as a potential future passenger should I still be considering taking your services as well , being in the field of logistics and customer care I am well aware that your buses are tracked and have cameras that can show how he drove I would like that to get reviewed and a personal apology from your driver seeing that we now live in a world of GBV anything could've happened what do you say about your female passengers what about batho Pele????
