Unauthorised debit

My mom on pension is been debited by this company in the name of funeral cover. She has no paper proving what she is covered for she only sees a debit going off n yet she never agreed to it. We demand refund or we taking this matter to Ombudsman . Nomahlubi Alina Kheswa. I'D ********** 296083
