TransAfrica Group - false details!
I have been trying to cancel this funeral Policy since November 2025. I have emailed TransAfrica Group continously and had a reply from Thabo Sathege, client Service Manager. See below: My apologies for the inconvenience please send us your certified id copies and proof of bank account so that we can give full refund. He attached his business card with a cell number that does not exist : ***. We have tries continously to call the office number ***, but cannot get through. We sent our personal details and now there is no answer! Kind regards June and Leon snyman
