This company is a ****!!!!!!

I would give 0 stars but that was not an option.

I purchased 5 compression backpacks from their online store.

The first thing that happened , which should have been a red flag, was that they over charged my Amex card. I caught it immediately and brought to their attention via email and the rep**** that it was a system error and they would credit the difference, which they did.

Only 3 items have been received and they were a cheap simple back pack without compression. After communicating via email several times and sending pictures, they answered that the item was correct and they would offer me a “compensation” of a portion of my purchase price since it was too expensive to return. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!

I have since reported them to AMEX, filed a claim against them and will be submitting all emails and pictures.

They messed with the wrong girl!
