HELP ME GET MY REFUND

I am Serame Tlhaganeng ********** , in March 2015 i got into a motor finance contract with Mmela Motor scheme under government subsidy motor vehicle, i paid all my installments on time. in 31 October 2017 i withdrawn my contract with Department and Mmela Motor Scheme and settled my balance on 13 October 2017 which was R93 888 transfered to the company that was doing Mmela Finances namely ON THE GO VEHICLE FINANCE contact ********** was talking to Leanda, Sello and Colbert . On the Go Vehicle Finance sent me a statement informing me about my refund in October 2017, and i sent them an email to request my R6100 refund, they said i should get a letter form Department to confirm i have no outstanding balance with the Dept, i did that the Dept confirmed by a signed letter that i dont have outstanding with them, i forwarded a that letter to On The Go Vehicle Finance for refund, they told me that i should contact Mmela Motor Finance for my refund, i contacted Mmela and Mmela said i should contact On The Go, they have been sending me back and forth i wrote emails and contacted them till to day i have no clue, Last month i have sent Thato Moloto an email, shes working for Mmela refund section, explaining my problem she said she will come back to me month end Feb, till today i am still waiting for her, i even sent her an email to remind her this month, she hasn't respond, its been 5 months now waiting for my R6100 refun. Leanda asked me to send her my banking statement and id copy to process the transaction i did till today im still waiting,

If it was me owing them, they could have repossessed my car or been blacklisted by now.

Please help me get my refund from Transaction Capital Recoveries/ On The Go Vehicle finance.
