pathetic Customor Service

I app**** or car finance and received 2 different answers concerning my application one I was approved the other pre-approved, these are the people that do all the admin for MFC, MFC says I'm approved and transact direct says I'm pre approved, I needed an answer today, after trying to get an answer for 3 hours I then was told they want this document which was sent and then tomorrow they will ask for the rest, this all after asking what are the documents needed so I can send everything at once. now with the bad service I lost the car I wanted to finance. I hope never to use MFC aslong as they use Transact Direct!!!
