Trans Letaba Tzaneen Horrible service

terrible experience with this panel beater, i took my car in for repairs in December 2019, the vehicle was with them until March 2020. i threatened to report them in March and that's when they told me one of their staff members crushed with my car after they had fixed it and they had to do some repairs again because of the accident. I expressed my disappointment and negligence regarding their service and that i was inconvenienced because i had to spend month without a vehicle because of something that was not even my fault, a gentleman by the name of Shandre advised that i should come and collected a hired vehicle in Tzaneen (i was in pretoria) i asked who will pay for the travel costs from PTA to Tzaneen and when I come to drop off their car and he said the company will cover those. when i got to Tzaneen to pick up the vehicle i was told that it was already late and i could not be reimbursed then and a couple of days later when i went back to drop of their cars and pick up mine Shandre told me that he will not be giving me back my vehicle until i made sure sure their vehicle was on full tank and that he does not remember mentioning that he will reimburse me for the inconvenience. they cannot be trusted and they do not communicate nor call back when they promise to.
