Terrible service at Trans Letaba

I took my car in for repairs on the 18th of October 2021, the car was meant to take 5-7 working days with them but i only received the car today on the 11th of November 2021. No communication was made from them I had to constantly call for an update only to find that they said there were additional parts that they needed and that they are waiting for approval from my insurance without my knowledge.

Long story short when I went to collect my car, my left head light (the side where the car was being repaired) was no longer the same LED light, the light was swapped. My Audi wheel Center cap is not there. (They admitted to losing this and said they will courier it to me once they find it or they will replace it.) The front grill bumper is loose even though they say they have changed it.

I spoke to the manager especially regarding the head light because I know that’s not my light. He kept on diverting issues and telling me that they did not touch my light.
