**** - Bad service

I am utterly discusted by how this pet courier company is handeling the transport of a pet ****** I bought. They have now wanted me to pay R32 000 to transport her from one province to another. Everyday I am told all the paperwork is in order then suddenly I get a messages no more funds are needed for permits, life insurance and the like. And not only do you get these messages you also get threatened by them. They now have received R21000 of which R20000 is suppose to be refundable. It has been 2 weeks and I still don't have the ****** or the refund. I am now convinced it is just all a **** and opened a case of ***** against them.
