Poor management and client service

This is the worst freight service ever from them at JHB cargo You gan make a booking to drop of a parcel or pick up and they never confirm it then if you are at the cargo yard you cant enter ad if you phone them thy don’t pick up and if thy pick up you get no response

I was no here 3 times and every time i wil be sitting here for at least 3 to 4 hours before i can enter this is not good it is very poor management on there part I would recommend them at all
