Trans Africa Equipement not delivering tractor despite being paid in full

It is a ****; my dad ordered a 2nd hand tractor from them (they are in Brits) which was quoted to be delivered to Namibia, it was paid in full, but never delivered. Shipping company (which they instructed) and others blamed; even (despite paying the quoted delivery price) when we said, okay, we will just collect it and pay for transport ourselves again; the tractor is not to be seen and available for us. Complete ****, beware!!
