Tranquility - Christmas baubles

I placed an order with this home run business. Profile across social media platforms is very professional and instills a sense of confidence. However, although communication with the owner of the business was free flowing when placing the order and making payment, since then she has not responded to any messages or other attempts to contact her. My order has not been dispatched as promised and there has been no refund forthcoming. Every communication I have sent her is marked as received yet she does not respond.
