Worse service ever

Good day,

I am a regular client of your business, however it usually for my hair as Amanda is a great stylist. I had a standing appointment with Amanda on Thursday however it was only at 1pm. Because I had the day off I decided to phone the day before and asked if there were any available appointments for a pedicure, and your the****** said no.

I decided to come for my hair appointment a bit earlier in the 30-11-2017 and at that time one the****** was busy with a client whilst the other sat on her phone.

Amanda was running a bit late as she was still busy with another client which I didn’t mind but when I asked your beauty the****** if they could maybe squeeze me in for a pedicure she said no as she was busy.

I sat for almost more that an hour whilst Amanda finished off her client which I didn’t mind however what upset me was that your beauty the****** had absolutely no clients during such time and still refused to do my feet for me.

I am disgusted by that type of service instead the two beauty the****** sat in their phones, ordered food and chatted away all the time, whilst I sat there waiting for my hair.

You salon time state that your opening time is till 6pm however at 5pm all your beauty the****** had left whilst Amanda, was still busy with my hair. The telephone had rang about 6 times between 5-6 and because Amanda was busy with my hair she was unable to answer however isn’t that why you have more than one person working there? I commend her (Amanda) on having the patience with me as I had a very specific colour in mind and she stayed till after 7 trying to get me hair the way I wanted. That is the type of person you want working for you as she puts your clients first.

As happy as I am with Amanda and I will be very sad to lose her as a client I will certainly not be returning back to your establishment. I have a number of friends and family that regularly has things done with you’ll, however I have asked them not to.

For a new business to have a staff with that attitude is appalling. It’s meant to be a wellness spa, I’m not interested in listening to loud pop music and chatty the******. I want to come to an establishment where I am in a calm and relaxing space, it’s wellness after all. I very sad to be losing my best hair stylist but because of all the issues mentioned above I will not be returning again.
