Poor service

I went to the spar with my mom later week we where late because the have relocated to another place when we get there the didn't even welcome us the just day go to the room and change we waited in de room for 10 minutes than two ladies came in then the said the are the one who will be pampering us, ok no problem after few minutes boom the are done no, firstly I was not informed that is was for 30 minutes, no pictures was taken as promised, when I send them an whats up the said my English is poor, I must learn how to speak English first, I feel like the person is being rude and the need to treat us with respect.
