Dont go here! Horrible place.

This was the WORST spa experience I have ever had to endure. It is Mothers day & I planned a 2 hour/each Relaxation massage for my best friend & I, same room. It was loud environment and my the****** didnt know how to do her job. I want to point out I am not a spa novice. I get regular weekly massages. I had Chris(female) the******. With in 15 minutes I could tell she didn't know what she was doing. She didnt have any proper technique, didn't know the muscle anatomy, attempted to apply some technique and failed, didnt use enough oil, so there was some friction, would just stop & put light pressure with open hand on a part of my body for couple mins, wasn't even able to properly perform stretches. We also didnt get any strawberrys and champagne as advertised for Mothers day. I cut the therapy off and went to complain. They insulted my intelligence by suggesting I may have needed a diff type massage. My friend had no issues with her the****** Maddy(female). Management still made me pay 50% of services I didnt recieve.
