*****ed by a landscaper in Nelspruit

Piet the owner of Tranquilty landscapers took my money which was meant to be a deposit for the landscaping. He qouted me R28,261.64 and demanded an 80% deposit. The amount I paid him was R22,609.31. He disappeared into thin air and this was paid in July already.
