Tranquility Gardens Lack of service

A word of warning to all in the Lowveld Area - if you are considering doing a garden upgrade DO NOT USE Tranquility Gardens. We were sweet talked with good service until we had paid our 80% deposit ....then after that we were given the run around for 4 months!! The end result is that we have lost R30,000 and have a garden that looks worse than before. The owner led us to believe that he was knowledgeable about gardens and landscaping. When the pject hit a bit of a problem he was nowhere to be found and avoided our phone calls, emails and even when we took the matter to our lawyers he avoided them as well. BEWARE!!!!
