Be warned about all the promises

Repaired my pool 1 year ago. Money paid in full. Three month later the pool started with the same issue. Were supposed to repair November 2014 - to no avail. Another promise was made for May but to no avail. Needless to say the pool is still not fixed and now they claim that it was a default with the product? Piet now wants to charge me extra to regunite my pool. There was nothing wrong with my gunite before he \pianted"my pool.
