Non payments to sub contractors

<p>We have been appointed for a roads contract in Koster from Tranacon Construction in February 2016 , we have completed the works of R2.7 million in june 2016 . Tranacon received over R6 million on works I have done on this project but we have only received R428k .... it's now February 2017 and the owner Kobus Mostert say we must sue them as they won't pay a sent.... it also happen to previously where we completed a surface seal where no money have been paid........ please watch out for Tranacon construction...Kobus Mostert</p>
